Amazing company! I lived at a property and landlord for one year. Service tickets, rarely needed, are simple to put in and someone is out on your property right away. Leeland is great and has a wonderful team. Anytime we had a question or concern they were there to help and provide a solution that actually worked.If this is your management company, you are for surely in good hands.

Boston Green Realty is an amazing and professional property management company. They came highly recommended after we decided to part ways with our old one. We’ve been with them almost a year now and I say that they truly care about us and our property. They’ve worked with us to save costs, are very responsive, and often come by to check on our property. Moving from Seattle to Boston during COVID-19 was very challenging but Brendan helped me find an apartment that matched my preferences and coordinated the process. He basically responds to emails/texts within a matter of seconds and is super helpful. Highly recommend working with him!

Suzanne & Leland have built an incredible company based on the principles of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.I am a real estate investor that started working with them in 2014. When I first met them when purchasing a property they had listed, I immediately felt comfortable with them even though they were not representing me. We have done many deals together since and they have always led me in the right direction.Today Boston Green Realty manages the listings for all my apartments and continues to provide incredible service. Their manager Bill works really hard and communicates well with my team to ensure that we receive top quality tenants. Bill Cordts helped us find and purchase a home last fall. He was incredibly helpful from the very start of the process through closing. We bought our condo with Bill Cordts and he was amazing every step of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable about the process, neighborhoods, comps, and different features of each home (to name a few). He never pressured us on anything and really helped us make sure we found the perfect place for us. We recommend him to all of our friends and had also previously used his services when apartment hunting various times and had a great experience. We would highly recommend him and Boston Green Realty!

Bill patiently took my girlfriend and I house-hunting around Boston every weekend for almost four months before we found a true gem. There was always a planed schedule of listings, statuses, comps, knowledge of sales history, price per sq/ft for each place - the homework that went into every encounter was amazing. And he helped negotiate a huge chunk off the final price. And Bill's one of the nicest, most relaxed people you'll ever meet.Bonus points for helping a friend find a great place a block away :D

Working with Bill to find my first apartment was easy and enjoyable! Bill took the time to understand what we were looking for, and took the time to show me several places both online and in person, and he was patient and professional when I wanted to keep looking. He even coordinated dropping off/picking up deposits and keys and getting them to the homeowner when I could not make it from work in time. In a time when you really don’t know when listings (and agents) are real or not, Bill made the whole experience comfortable, and I was confident in trusting him as our rental agent. I can’t recommend Leland enough. He was my agent 6 years ago when I purchased my first home and the entire process went perfectly. Our Agent (Eddie) was incredibly helpful to us. He went out of his way to find us an apartment that met out needs, and showed us a wonderful set of apartments. He was prompt in replying to our questions, and helped us through the entire application process. I highly recommend Eddie for finding apartments in Quincy and South Boston.
