Boston Green has done an excellent job managing our building in the Back Bay along with another adjacent building. They are incredibly responsive to unit owners and have done a great job with communication and day-to-day management, but also proactively addressing future building needs. Their portal is easy to use and makes submitting maintenance requests, checking the status of those requests, and sending out announcements easy. Boston Green also understands how to navigate the sometimes politically challenging dynamics of board members who have a fiduciary responsibility to the building and unit owners. Leland is extremely knowledgeable and knows how best to respond quickly and effectively to address building issues. Highly recommend!
